Meet Donna
She does the work. You stay in charge.
Your AI assistant with her own phone number, email and credit card. Nothing of yours attached. Coming soon to iPhone
You text her. She makes the call, gets through phone menus, checks with you when it matters, and sends you the recap.
See Donna in the app:
Text to call
You text. She calls.
Ask in a message. She asks first, then makes the call.
Wrap-up
Every call, wrapped up.
A summary, then the email and calendar invite, once you say yes.
Mid-call
Mid-call, she checks with you.
A quick question on your lock screen. You answer, she carries on.
Vault
Your details, in the vault.
Masked, behind Face ID, and used only after you approve.
Animated previews of what we're building. Illustrative examples; names, times and numbers are made up.
We're building Donna to make the calls you don't want to: booking appointments, waiting on hold, sorting out bills. You'll tell her what you need, and she'll call from her own number and send you a recap.
- Built to work for you, not as you
- She'll always say she's an AI assistant
- Planned for Israel and the US
How it will work
Hand off the call. Get the outcome.
Here's the experience we're building. Details may change as we test it.
-
1
Tell Donna what you need
You'll chat with her in the app or on Telegram, like you'd message a friend. "Book me a dentist cleaning next week, mornings." More channels are planned.
-
2
She makes the call
Donna will check with you first, then call from her own Donna number. She'll get through phone menus, wait on hold, and talk it through.
-
3
You get a recap
When the call ends, you'll get the outcome, a short summary and the full transcript, with next steps like "Add to calendar."
Why her own number
She works for you, not as you.
We're designing Donna with her own identity, starting with her own phone number. You won't hand over your passwords or log her into your accounts. She'll call as your assistant, the way a human assistant would.
Her own email and payment card are planned for later.
- Her number, not yoursBusinesses will see Donna's number. Your personal line stays private.
- No passwords sharedShe won't need access to your accounts to make a call.
- You stay in controlApprove calls, answer her questions live, or take over.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
When can I use Donna?
Not yet. Donna isn't available today. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's something to try.
Where will Donna work?
We're planning for Israel and the US first, with Hebrew and English in mind from the start, and iPhone first. Which countries, phone numbers and languages are supported at launch may change as we build.
Does Donna pretend to be me?
No. Donna is being designed to always introduce herself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf, and to say the call is recorded and transcribed.
Do I have to give Donna my passwords?
No. Donna will call from her own number and won't log into your accounts. If a call needs something like an ID number, the plan is for her to take it from a Face ID-locked vault on your phone or ask you during the call.
Will she call anyone without asking?
That's not the plan. By default, Donna will check with you before every call, and you'll be able to follow along live, answer her questions, or take over.
Are there calls Donna won't make?
Yes. Donna won't make emergency calls or payments over the phone.
Will the features change?
Probably, yes. Everything on this page describes what we're building now. We'll keep testing with early users and adjust, so some details may look different at launch.
How much will it cost?
We haven't decided on pricing yet. Waitlist members will hear first.
