Donna waitlist privacy notice
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to your email address and chosen agent name when you join the Donna waitlist. It covers the waitlist only, not the Donna app.
Who we are
Donna is operated by Bar Ganor as an individual. There is no company yet. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, write to hello@donna-pa.app.
What we collect and why
We collect only your email address and the name you choose for your agent, along with the time you signed up and a record that you agreed to receive emails from us. When you submit the form, our server also creates a hashed, non-reversible version of your IP address, which is used briefly to limit repeated attempts and prevent abuse.
We use your email address only to send you updates about Donna and invites to try it early. We use your chosen agent name only to reserve it for you, since each name can be reserved by one person. Joining the waitlist is optional, and you don't have to give us this information to use this website.
Agent names
Reserving a name isn't a guarantee. We may refuse or release names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or infringe a trademark. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, the reservation is deleted along with your email.
Who receives it
We don't sell your email address or agent name, and we share them only with these service providers, who process them for us so we can run the waitlist:
- Supabase (database, Frankfurt, Germany).
- Fly.io (app server that processes signups, Frankfurt, Germany; it stores nothing except a hashed, non-reversible version of your IP address used briefly to prevent abuse).
- Resend (sending emails, Ireland).
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, which hosts this website on its global network).
This means your information may be stored outside Israel, in Germany and Ireland (in the EU).
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and agent name together until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends, whichever comes first. At that point we delete both of them together.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@donna-pa.app.
Cookies, analytics and third-party services
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. It doesn't load any analytics, web fonts or content delivery network (CDN) services: it uses your device's own fonts and loads all of its files from this website.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
